PAULSON RESIDENCE:
the Paulson residence is located on new york’s upper west side and was overhauled by the team of victoria bevan and lisa lupinski over the winter of 2004. the 1 bedroom apartment went through a gut remodel with particular attention paid to the difficult layout of the kitchen. It may be one of the smallest kitchens in new york but that didn’t stop us. we managed to fit all of the clients requirements in a 5’ x 7’ space by using an integrated drawer style dishwasher, a narrow but tall refrigerator and by maximizing storage space with a shallow floor-to-ceiling pantry. the clean lines, soothing tones and glass panel cabinet doors help keep the space from feeling as small as it is.
the bathroom provides an at home spa environment by incorporating a stone countertop and backsplash and teak colored wooden fixtures. this bathroom was one of the first to use a natural pebble floor that gently massage the feet as you walk on them.

CORPORATE OFFICE INTERIOR:
this corporate office was designed with custom built cabinetry that hides all of the ugly office essentials like the printer, shredder and trash can and still provides easy access when needed.
